Math is often taught as a set of isolated skills and steps that need to be followed but often leaves students confused on when to use a strategy. I focus on getting students to understand foundational concepts that can be applied no matter what type of problem they are working on. We will focus on increasing our number flexibility, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
